Компания Panasonic в этом году обновила свою интернет-платформу, которая сейчас называется Viera Connect и в составе которой теперь предлагается новый видеосервис от известной швейцарской компании Viewster. Видео по заказу от Viewster будет отображаться как приложение в экранном меню телевизоров Panasonic.  <br />Первыми будут подключены к новому видеосервису владельцы Smart телевизоров Panasonic в Дании, Норвегии, Швеции, Германии, Австрии, Швейцарии, Италии и Испании. Позже Viewster планируется запустить в США, Канаде, Голландии, Бельгии, Люксембурге, Франции, Польше и Великобритании. Всего будет охвачено 90 стран с поддержкой 16 языков.<br /><br />О сроках прихода видеосервиса Viewster в Россию пока не сообщается. Viewster уже задействован в некоторых странах на телевизорах LG. Через Viewster зрители могут брать фильм напрокат за 2 евро, или выбрать ежемесячную подписку за 10 евро.
