<br />Мировые продажи оборудования высокой четкости в численном выражении в период с 2008 по 2012 гг. увеличатся в 3 раза, сообщает iSuppli. К такому оборудованию относятся цифровые телеприставки, видеокамеры, проигрыватели лазерных дисков и игровые консоли – все с поддержкой разрешения высокой четкости (High Definition – HD). <br /><br />В 2012 г. в мире будет продано 202 млн устройств с поддержкой HD против 68,9 млн в 2008 г. К 2012 г. 53% всех продаваемых ТВ-приставок, видеокамер, проигрывателей и игровых консолей будут поддерживать разрешение высокой четкости. В 2008 г. этот стандарт поддерживало примерно лишь каждое пятое устройство на рынке. Телевещание или видео в формате High Definition означает, что картинка транслируется или воспроизводится с носителя в существенно более высоком разрешении, чем обычно. Существуют разные вариации HD, например, 1280 x 720 (720p) или 1920 x 1080 пикселей (Full HD). Примеры стандартного разрешения: 720 x 576 или 720 x 480 пикселей. <br /><br />«Сегодня благодаря современному оборудованию HD-вещание можно протянуть в любой дом, - рассказывает аналитик iSuppli Рэнди Лоусон (Randy Lawson). – И люди пользуются этим. Все хотят переключиться на стандарт высокой четкости и многие делают это, что привело к буму продаж соответствующей электроники». На текущий момент операторы кабельного, спутникового и наземного телевещания, а также интернет-провайдеры предлагают сотни каналов, транслируемых в стандарте High Definition. Объемы HD-контента неуклонно растут и делают это быстро, говорится в отчете. <br /><br />В октябре 2008 г. аналитики iSuppli уже констатировали, что продажи HDTV впервые обошли продажи телевизоров стандартного разрешения. Хотя аббревиатура HD продолжает вводить покупателей в заблуждение, все больше людей отдают предпочтение технике с такой этикеткой. <br /><br />Пользователям в развивающихся странах предлагается все больше и больше возможностей по приему цифрового телевидения высокой четкости и просмотру домашнего HD-видео. Наиболее развитый с данной точки зрения рынок Серверной Америки стал настоящим плацдармом для конкурентной борьбы провайдеров. В погоне за максимальным доходом от абонента в месяц (ARPU) компании предлагают все новые и новые услуги высокой четкости. <br /><br />Основной сложностью на пути перехода от телевещания стандартной четкости к High Definition является выделение диапазона частот, на которых будет передаваться новый сигнал. Поэтому главную роль в переходе играет государство, так как именно оно контролирует эти частоты. <br /><br />«Эра широкодиапазонных и неэффективных аналоговых трансляций, когда один канал занимал спектр от 6 до 8 МГц, уходит в прошлое. Это происходит медленно, но верно, - комментирует Лоусон. – В новой эре, в которой все передается в цифровом виде, полоса частот такой же ширины может быть заполнена пятью или еще большим числом каналов». <br /><br />В отличие от обычного телевещания, HD-каналы своей в основной массе являются платными. Это связано с высокими затратами на оборудование и желанием провайдеров как можно скорее погасить издержки. По мнению аналитиков iSuppli, для пользователей ситуация должна улучшиться уже в ближайшем будущем – с неизбежным падением стоимости оборудования HD-вещание станет все более популярным, доступным и в конце концов вполне обыденным. <br />
