Особенностью новых продуктов является встроенная в корпус накопителей цифровая клавиатура, с помощью которой пользователи могут вводить пароль для доступа к зашифрованным данным. Решение не ново, но всё же нечасто встречается и поэтому не может не обратить на себя внимание. <br /><br />Информация шифруется с помощью алгоритма AES со 128-битным ключом, при этом процесс шифрования происходит в режиме реального времени и, по словам разработчиков, никакие задержки при работе с данными не наблюдаются. Интересно, что диском поддерживаются до десяти учётных записей, так что совместное использование накопителя не проблема. <br /><br />Новинки уже поступили в продажу. Рекомендованная розничная цена 160-Гб модели составляет $180, а за 320-Гб версию придётся выложить $220. <br />
