Первый в мире 30-дюймовый ЖК-монитор Dell 3008WFP, оборудованный интерфейсом нового поколения DisplayPort, исчез с сайта производителя. В текущий момент купить монитор невозможно, сообщает DailyTech.

На сайте Engadget упоминается техническая неполадка, найденная в мониторе в феврале 2008 г., которая, тем не менее, уже была исправлена. Об этом рассказал представитель компании, однако, о конкретной причине приостановки продаж 3008WFP он не сообщил. Как стало известно, те, кто заказал монитор, все-таки его получат, но доставка займет больше времени, чем обычно. О том, когда продажа монитора начнется вновь, неизвестно.

Монитор Dell 3008WFP с разрешением 2560 x 1600 пикселей был выпущен в декабре прошлого года. Особенностью модели стал широкий выбор коммутационных портов. Наряду с DisplayPort, здесь имеются: HDMI, два DVI-D с поддержкой HDCP, VGA, композитный и компонентный входы, S-Video, четыре USB и даже кардридер.

По сравнению с предыдущей моделью 3007WFP-HC, новый монитор обладает более широким цветовым охватом, более высокой яркостью и контрастностью.
