Показательно, что стоимость новинки составляет лишь часть стоимости современного студийного ЖК-дисплея класса high-end.<br /><br />Предназначенный для применения в вещании, пост-обработке видеопрограмм и фильмов, в анимации и при создании компьютерной графики, дисплей HP DreamColor Technology предлагает богатые цвета и темный черный цвет — превосходящие возможности обычных ЖК-дисплеев. Новый дисплей HP будет иметь заводские установки для отображения стандартных цветовых диапазонов NTSC, SMPTE, sRGB, Rec. 709, Adobe RGB и DCI. Другими словами, с помощью этого дисплея можно будет моментально увидеть, как отображаются цвета на том или ином устройстве и принять меры, необходимые для одинаковой передачи цветов.<br /><br />На разработку у специалистов HP и DreamWorks Animation ушло два года. Пока партнеры показывают только возможности новой технологии. В будущем в семейство HP DreamColor Technology войдет несколько моделей дисплеев и принтеров.
