<b>MSI выпустила GeForce 8800 GT с 1 Гбайт памяти и портом DisplayPort</b><br />  Поскольку MSI не принадлежит к четверке производителей, которые получили право покупать графические процессоры GeForce 8800 GS, то компания решила привлечь потенциальных покупателей новыми продуктами на базе GeForce 8800 GT. Компания представила новую видеокарту, принадлежащую к семейству GeFOrce 8800 GT. Новая представительница продуктовой линейки NX8800GT оснащена 1 Гбайт памяти и содержит порт DisplayPort. <br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/1200653383_msi_8800gt1gb_displayport180108.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Новости видеокарт. X-type занимает один слот, при этом, как отмечается в пресс релизе компании, эффективность отвода тепла близка к аналогичному показателю двухслотовой системы охлаждения Zalman VF1000. MSI X-type может обеспечивает температурный режим работы GeForce 8800 GT на отметке 60 градусов. <br /> Карта будет доступна в продаже в течение следующего месяца. 1 Гбайт памяти, DisplayPort и система охлаждения X-type выглядят привлекательно. В руки сотрудников сайта Expreview попала такая видеокарта от Zotac, построенная на чипе G98. Это касается и выхода новых чипсетов, и видеокарт. Кроме того, похоже, компания еще долго не представит ничего архитектурно отличающегося от GeForce 8. Поддержка новых технологий была всегда принципом NVIDIA, однако первой видеокартой с поддержкой DirectX 10.1 стала ATi Radeon 3870. Есть слухи, что NVIDIA вообще не представит видеокарт с поддержкой нового API.<br /><br />На основании всего этого, а, возможно, и на неизвестных нам сведениях сайт OCWorkBench высказал предположение, что NVIDIA работает над новым крупным проектом, который отнимает у компании все силы.
