MTV Networks запустит первый пан-европейский high-definition сервис в будущем году.<br />Среди программ, которые будут доступны зрителям после запуска сервиса, - MTV Unplugged, VH1 Storytellers и такие развлекательные шоу, как MTV Video Music Awards и MTV Europe Music Awards.<br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/1190451742_mtv_logo.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='MTV Networks запустит в 2008г. первый пан-европейский HD-канал' /></div><br />Боб Бэкиш, президент MTVNI, сказал в связи с этим: "Мы полагаем, что потрясающе четкое изображение и звук surround, характеризующие формат high definition, являются превосходным дополнением к нашей музыке, молодежным и детским программам".<br />Кроме того, здесь будет представлен детский программный блок в HD, канал Nickelodeon продемонстрирует такие шоу, как SpongeBob SquarePants ("Губка Боб - квадратные штаны"), Avatar, Ren & Stimpy, Drake & Josh и другие приобретенные и созданные в формате HD программы.<br />Новый HD-канал будет эксплуатироваться принадлежащей MTVNI компанией Emerging Markets Group, которая в Варшаве будет производить программы и вести вещание канала круглосуточно. Другие пан-европейские сервисы MTVNI - MTV European, VH1 European и VH1 Classic European - и еще четыре польскоговорящих канала также будут транслировать свои программы из Варшавы.<br />"Базированием нашего нового HD-канала в Польше мы подчеркиваем, что признаем центрально-восточную Европу наиболее важным рынком, имеющим наиболее высокий потенциал в регионе, - отметил Хавнит Сингх, первый вице-президент и управляющий директор Emerging Markets Group в MTVNI. - Опыт нашей польской команды по созданию высококачественных пан-региональных каналов нам также пригодится, ведь мы распространим наше предложение на всю Европу".
