Около 1,5 млн россиян не имеют возможности получать телепрограммы, более 3 млн человек могут смотреть только одну телепрограмму, заявил министр информационных технологи и связи Леонид Рейман на заседании правительства РФ в четверг.<br /><br />"К сожалению, уровень развития наземной инфраструктуры телевещания сегодня не позволяет обеспечить необходимый охват населения основными телевизионными программами", - сообщил министр.<br /><br />По его словам, изменение сложившейся ситуации возможно за счет развития цифрового телевещания, в настоящее время разрабатывается соответствующая программа. Если она будет принята, к 2010 году каждое домохозяйство получит возможность принимать основные телевизионные программы с высоким качеством.<br /><br />Л.Рейман подчеркнул, что модернизация сетей теле - и радиовещания является одной из основных задач, стоящих перед Мининформсвязи. "Значительный износ, моральное и техническое устаревание сетей связи, находящихся в эксплуатации компаний, в том числе и государственных", являются очень важной проблемой, заявил министр. В частности, речь идет о сетях телерадиовещания, почтовой связи и гражданской группировки спутниковой связи, пояснил он.<br /><br />По словам Л.Реймана, основной задачей министерства является обеспечение равных возможностей для граждан России получать современные телекоммуникационные услуги на всей территории страны.<br /><br />В частности, в рамках намеченной стратегии начиная с 2010 года министерство планирует расширить состав универсальных услуг связи, отнеся к ним телефонизацию непосредственно домохозяйств, а также обеспечение каждой квартиры широкополосным доступом в Интернет. В настоящее время универсальная услуга предполагает телефонизацию всех населенных пунктов России и установку пунктов коллективного доступа в интернет в поселениях численностью более 500человек.
