Компания AMD официально анонсировала скорое появление на мировом рынке новых моделей гибридных ТV-тюнеров, способных работать как с аналоговым, так и с цифровым телевизионным сигналом.<br /><br />Устройства, получившие названия TV Wonder 650 Combo и TV Wonder 600, представляют собой, соответственно, плату с интерфейсом PCI Express x1 и внешний TV-тюнер с USB-интерфейсом для подключения к мобильному ПК.<br /><br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/1184130128_183277.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Два «новоиспечённых» гибридных ТV-тюнера от AMD' /></div><br /><br />О характеристиках устройств стало известно следующее. Модель TV Wonder 650 Combo базируется на микропроцессоре Theater 650 Pro и поддерживает приём аналогового и цифрового телевещания, причём способна это делать даже одновременно, а также может принимать кабельное цифровое вещание ClearQAM и передачи FM-радио. Среди других функциональных особенностей новинки отметим поддержку функции Avivo, что означает аппаратное декодирование видео MPEG-2, а также автоматическую обработку изображения для повышения качества картинки.<br /><br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/1184130146_183276.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='Два «новоиспечённых» гибридных ТV-тюнера от AMD' /></div><br /><br />В свою очередь гибридный TV-тюнер TV Wonder 600 предназначен, как мы уже отметили, для работы с ноутбуками, однако вполне совместим и с настольными ПК. В отличие от TV Wonder 650 Combo эта «мобильная» новинка не позволяет принимать аналоговый и цифровой сигнал одновременно, а также не поддерживает работу с ClearQAM.<br /><br />Новые TV-тюнеры поставляются с программным обеспечением Catalyst Media Center и полностью совместимы с операционными системами Windows Vista Media Center и Windows XP Media Center Edition.<br /><br />В продаже устройства должны появиться в сентябре этого года, однако их стоимость пока остаётся неизвестной.
