Входящая в «Газпром-медиа» телекомпания «НТВ-плюс» намерен запустить к лету 2008 года интернет-телевидение. Инвестиции в проект могут составить несколько десятков миллионов долларов.<br /><br />О том, что канал «НТВ-плюс» собирается запустить IP-TV (интернет-телевидение, сигнал которого абонент получает через IP-протокол), сообщил деловому изданию B&FM источник в компании. Технический директор «НТВ-плюс» Олег Колесников подтвердил информацию, но от комментариев отказался, отметив лишь, что запуск IP-TV запланирован на лето 2008 года.<br /><div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/1178898905_iptv_dia.gif" style="border: none;" alt='КОМПАНИЯ &quot;НТВ-ПЛЮС&quot; НАМЕРЕНА ЗАПУСТИТЬ IPTV В 2008' /></div><br />«НТВ-плюс» выходит на перспективный и при этом относительно свободный рынок. По данным агентства Discovery Research Group, в 2006 году объем рынка неэфирного ТВ в России — $400–600 млн, а на долю IP-TV приходится не больше 2%.<br /><br />В обеспечении контента для своего продукта у «НТВ-плюс» вряд ли возникнут проблемы, больше усилий компании придется потратить на то, чтобы организовать систему транспортировки сигнала. Она может договориться с действующими операторами связи, что, по мнению старшего консультанта iKS-Consulting Маргариты Зобниной, будет «гораздо эффективнее для компании».<br /><br />Сейчас в Москве, кроме МГТС (транслирует «СтримТВ») и Центрального телеграфа (ТВ-брэнд Qwerty), доступ к «квартирным» абонентам имеют еще три компании— «Корбина телеком» (запустит свое IP-TV в июне), «Комкор» и «Корвет-телеком». Пока никто из этой «пятерки» не подтверждает факт переговоров с «НТВ-плюс». «Ни один оператор не станет отдавать готовую сеть сторонней компании,— объясняет директор по сетевым технологиям компании „Акадо” Михаил Медриш.— Логичнее и выгоднее для них самостоятельно развивать услуги IP-TV».<br /><br />Так что, скорее всего, «НТВ-плюс» придется самостоятельно строить сети доставки сигнала.<br /><br />«Для того чтобы запустить IPTV, „НТВ-плюс” потребуется около $1–10 млн на центральную станцию и еще $50–150 млн на сеть доступа к каждому абоненту,— считает генеральный директор „Корбины телеком” Александр Малис.— Провайдер с готовой сетью может обойтись „НТВ-плюс” в сотни миллионов долларов».<br /><br />Участники рынка предполагают и еще один вариант развития событий: «НТВ-плюс» может передавать IP-TV через свои же спутниковые антенны, а обратный сигнал от абонентов получать от местного провайдера через договор о партнерстве.<br /><br />«Такой вариант возможен, хотя я не уверен, что спутник „НТВ-плюс” поддерживает необходимые для этого скорости»,— считает Александр Малис.
