За кабельные каналы москвичи будут платить вдвое больше Оператор московских сетей кабельного телевидения - ОАО "Мостелеком", поставляющий телесигнал в миллионы столичных квартир, намерен более чем в два раза поднять цены на свои услуги, пишет газета "Время новостей".

Рост тарифов объясняется реконструкцией сети, после которой к стандартному пакету каналов добавятся шесть новых. По сведениям издания, жители Головинского и Гагаринского районов, а также Строгино и Лианозово уже обнаружили в открытом доступе каналы Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Eurosport, Eurosport 2, TV 1000, "TV 1000 Русское кино".

В настоящее время абоненты "Мостелекома" платят от 28 до 43 рублей в месяц в зависимости от количества принимаемых в доме каналов, однако в тех московских районах, где была проведена "реконструкция", цена выросла до 95 рублей. Вместе с тем, как пишет газета, обычный, нерасширенный, пакет предполагает наличие 11 метровых и дециметровых каналов, но фактически телеприемники многих москвичей ловят все 19.

В Федеральной службе по тарифам заявили, что "Мостелеком" не имеет права увеличивать цены за просмотр только четырех федеральных каналов: "Первого", "России", НТВ и "Культуры", цены же на остальные устанавливаются на усмотрение компании. Однако, по данным издания, оператор пока еще "не согласовал все вопросы с городским правительством". Напомним, услугами "Мостелекома" пользуются около трех миллионов абонентов или 90 процентов московских семей.

В октябре 2006 года мэр Москвы Юрий Лужков подписал распоряжение, наделяющее компанию монопольными правами в "совершенствовании организации телерадиовещания" на территории столицы. В соответствии с документом, все подразделения муниципальных, районных и окружных властей, а также правоохранительные органы должны оказывать содействие "Мостелекому", а сам оператор наделяется правом надзора за работой конкурентов.
