Toshiba анонсировала 3LCD-проектор SX3500, который пополнил High End сегмент бизнес-моделей компании. SX3500 обеспечивает разрешение SXGA+ (1400 x 1050 пикселей), контрастность 650:1 и яркость в 3500 ANSI люмен. Для большего удобства и гибкости в использовании, SX3500 имеет четыре сменных объектива, что позволяет получать наиболее оптимальный результат при различных инсталляциях.

Коррекция изображения осуществляется с помощью стандартных функций сдвига линз по вертикали и коррекции трапециидальных искажений (keystone correction) по горизонтали и вертикали. Также в SX3500 интегрирована расширенная функция безопасности с возможностью установки PIN-кода для защиты проектора от несанкционированного использования или доступа. Для большего удобства и эффективности пользователи могут использовать следующие функции и режимы: цифровая коррекция цветовой гаммы, картинка в картинке (PiP) и остановка кадра.

Проектор полностью готов к приему сигнала телевидения высокой четкости HDTV (HD-Ready) и имеет функцию показа фильмов формата 16:9. Коммутационные возможности аппарата представлены, в частности, композитным, S-Video и HDMI выдеовходами, а также выходом D-Sub 15 для подключения монитора RCA.
