Сумма сделки составила около 51 млн. долларов, первый платёж в размере 38.6 млн. произойдёт 5 апреля. Услуги цифрового ТВ "Голден Телеком" планирует начать предоставлять в четвёртом квартале текущего года.<br /></b><br /> <br /><br />Fortland Limited на 100% владеет оператором "Калангон", у которого есть лицензии на предоставление услуг цифрового ТВ в 20 городах, включая Москву и Петербург. Планируется постепенно расширять этот список. "Голден Телеком" будет предоставлять услуги цифрового телевидения в формате DVB в кодировке MPEG-4.<br /><br />Кроме того, покупка Fortland обеспечивает компании возможность формирования пакета и предоставления услуг Triple Play, включая высокоскоростной доступ в Интернет, цифровое телевидение (порядка 50 каналов) и VoIP.<br /><br />Представители "Голден Телеком" считают, что география компании позволит выйти на потенциальный рынок пользователей в 11 млн. домохозяйств с<br /><br />населением в 35 млн. человек в 22 крупнейших российских городах. Однако стоит отметить, что у "Калангона" имеются только разрешения, а сетью и принимающими устройствами компания не располагает. Так что для выхода на столь широкий рынок "Голден Телекому" ещё предстоит проделать большую работу.<br /><br />"Министерство информационных технологий и связи РФ планирует, как и в других европейских государствах, отказаться от аналогового телевидения и через 10 лет полностью перейти на цифровое вещание, что усиливает ценность данного приобретения для "Голден Телеком" и открывает перед компанией дополнительные перспективы. На сегодняшний день уровень проникновения телевидения в стране составляет около 98,6%, что делает Россию крупнейшим ТВ рынком в Европе", - комментирует сделку Жан-Пьер Вандромм, главный управляющий "Голден Телеком".<br /><br />С агентством "Прайм-ТАСС" своим мнением поделились и специалисты из инвестиционной компании "Битца-Инвест". "На наш взгляд, это поспешное решение. Теоретически DVB-ТВ имеет хорошие перспективы, однако для его приема нужно иметь соответствующее оборудование. Мы полагаем, что только жители Москвы и СПб смогут хоть как-то использовать новую услугу. Мы полагаем, что ГТ должен сосредоточиться на продвижении Wi-Fi-интернет, а не DVB-ТВ", - сказали они.<br /><br />Возможно, именно ориентация на цифровое ТВ послужила причиной срыва сроков запуска в эксплуатацию Wi-Fi-сети, о чём писала "Вебпланета". Между тем, представители "Битца-Инвест", вероятно, лукавят. Несмотря на свой скепсис по отношению к сделке они заметно подняли рекомендуемую стоимость акций "Голден Телекома" (с 47.56 до 62.78 долларов), при этом советуют держать акции, предсказывая дальнейший рост. Тем более, ещё недавно сообщалось о малой вероятности роста капитализации компании.
