Основной изюминкой новой видеокарты GeCube HV1650XT Low Profile DUAL HDMI TV, как можно догадаться по названию, является наличие двух портов HDMI (вывод изображения с разрешением 1080p) с поддержкой HDCP. Таким образом, с использованием данного видеоадаптера можно организовать современный домашний развлекательный центр с приводом HD DVD или Blu-ray. Как видим, все больше продуктов, включая телевизоры, мониторы, игровые консоли и пр. обзаводятся HDMI-портами и становятся доступными широкому кругу потребителей.<br /><br />О технических характеристиках в своем пресс-релизе производитель практически ничего не сообщает, к сожалению, даже не предоставил фотографий нового продукта. Судя по названию, новинка оснащена видеочипом X1650 XT (RV560). Графическим процессором полностью поддерживаются на аппаратном уровне спецификации SM 3.0 (DirectX 9.0c) и HDR-блендинг, поддерживается технология Avivo, есть возможность организовать CrossFire. HV1650XT имеет на борту 256 Мб GDDR3-памяти со 128-битным интерфейсом, о частотах ничего не сказано. Следует отметить, что видеокарты совместимы с операционными системами Windows 2000/XP, также есть драйвера и под Linux.<br /><br />Впрочем, скоро мы все подробно узнаем, поскольку видеокарты, В Европе станут доступны в феврале этого года по цене около 150 евро.
