Чечня может стать одним из первых регионов России, в котором появится эфирное цифровое ТВ; об этом вчера заявили представители чеченских властей. При этом ФГУП "Российские телерадиовещательные сети" (РТРС) берется сначала создать систему цифрового вещания в горных районах республики. Эксперты оценивают инициативу РТРС как пиар-проект в разгар его борьбы с Мининформсвязи РФ за право возглавить многомиллиардную программу цифровизации российского телевещания.<br />Премьер-министр Чечни Рамзан Кадыров и глава РТРС Геннадий Скляр договорились о создании в горных районах Чечни сети цифрового эфирного телевидения. Об этом вчера сообщила пресс-служба республиканского правительства. В первую очередь речь идет о телефикации Веденского, Шатойского и Итум-Калинского районов. По словам господина Кадырова, "жители этих районов не имеют возможности не только смотреть новости, но даже слушать какие-либо познавательные передачи". Господин Скляр, в свою очередь, заверил, что сделает все возможное, чтобы жители горной Чечни могли смотреть "Первый канал", передачи ГТРК "Россия", НТВ, чеченской ГТРК "Грозный" и вещательной компании "Вайнах", а также слушать передачи "Маяка", "Юность-МК", "Грозный-105,4". По словам главы РТРС, стоимость подключения к цифровой телесети (покупка приемного ресивера) составит не более 1 тыс. руб. Сроки реализации проекта, а также его бюджет ни в РТРС, ни в чеченской администрации не назвали.<br />Экс-директор телекомпании "Телемедиум", транслирующей в Петербурге программы эфирного цифрового ТВ в стандарте DVB-T, Дмитрий Волобуев подсчитал, что стоимость развертывания сети из пяти–десяти передающих станций в Чечне составит $10-15 млн. "Учитывая административный ресурс чеченского руководства, получение любых частот для вещателей проблемой не станет",– считает господин Волобуев. "С технической точки зрения построить в Чечне систему цифрового телевидения вполне возможно,– соглашается технический директор компании АСВТ Сергей Мишенков.– В советское время в Чечне уже действовала система аналогового телевидения. Причем использование недорогих маломощных ретрансляторов давало качественный прием даже в горных ущельях. Основные преимущества цифровой сети связаны с более высокой помехозащищенностью, некоторым снижением мощности передатчиков и, главное, возможностью передавать до четырех–шести каналов на одной полосе вещания".
