Такая же претензия направлена в Международную комиссию по торговле (ITC) в Вашингтоне.<br /><br />В иске, направленном в ITC, Samsung добивается также запрета на импорт телевизоров и других устройств Sharp, в которых используются оспариваемые технологии. По оценкам экспертов, число патентных споров между компаниями, вероятно, продолжит расти.
