Windows 7 Professional обойдется в 299 долларов, Windows 7 Ultimate - в 319 долларов. Об этом сообщается в блоге разработчиков Windows. <br />С 26 июня по 11 июля в США пройдет специальная акция, в рамках которой пользователи смогут по предварительному заказу купить Windows 7 со скидкой. В этот период за обновление соответствующих версий Windows XP или Vista до Windows 7 Home Premium и Professional они заплатят 50 и сто долларов. Аналогичные акции в разное время пройдут и в других странах, включая Великобританию, Германию и Японию. <br /><br />После завершения промоакций обновление до Windows 7 Home Premium будет стоить 119,99 доллара. За обновление соответствующих версий Windows XP или Vista до Windows 7 Professional придется заплатить 199,99 доллара, до Windows 7 Ultimate - 219,99 доллара. <br /><br />В Европе Microsoft не будет предлагать обновление старой операционной системы до Windows 7 по сниженной цене, так как это противоречит европейскому антимонопольному законодательству. За Windows 7 Home Premium европейцы заплатят 119,99 евро, за Professional - 285,99 евро, за Ultimate - 299,99 евро. <br /><br />Кроме того, Windows 7 можно получить бесплатно. Для этого достаточно купить в период с 26 июня 2009 года по первое января 2010 года компьютер с предустановленной Windows Vista. В рамках программы Windows 7 Upgrade Option эту ОС можно обновить на Windows 7, не платя за это. В программе участвуют не все производители компьютеров и не все версии Vista. <br /><br />Продажи Windows 7 начнутся 22 октября. В этот день появятся версии этой операционной системы на 14 языках, включая русский. 31 октября выйдет еще 21 локализованная версия Windows 7. Российская цена Windows 7 пока не сообщается. <br />
