На полке или на стойке для колонок CM5 выдаст для вас поразительно масштабный и всеохватывающий звук, даже если при этом у вас на полу не хватает для нее достаточного места для установки. <br /><br />Она слегка крупнее, чем младшая CM1, но отличается еще большей чувствительностью, нагрузочной способностью, а также более широким диапазоном самых высоких частот. В ней слаженно работает солидного размера – 165 мм НЧ/СЧ-динамик с кевларовым диффузором и алюминиевый купольный твитер с нагрузочной трубой Nautilus™ , который выдает четкие и прозрачные высокие частоты вплоть до 50 кГц и даже выше. <br /><br />Качество динамиков в Серии CM настолько высокое, что конструкторам удалось сделать минималистский кроссовер - самый простой среди тех, что B&W когда-либо производила. Плавные переходы между частотными полосами динамиков не допускают неестественно резких изменений дисперсии излучения, характерных для более сложных схем кроссоверов, а компоненты высокого качества, отобранные в результате длительных прослушиваний, позволяют максимально приблизиться к тому звучанию, которое было в исходной записи. <br /><br />Все акустические системы Серии CM украшены алюминиевыми кольцами, обрамляющими динамики. Защитные решетки крепятся на магнитах, так что никаких крепежных элементов, портящих элегантные линии фасадов CM, нет. В качестве отделки можно выбрать один из двух классических вариантов: натуральный шпон розового ореха (Rosenut) или же африканского дерева "венге" (Weng&#233;), а также зеркально полированную черную поверхность. <br />
