Sony обновила серию домашних кинотеатров «в одной коробке» новой 5.1-канальной моделью HST-S100. Главной особенностью новой аудиосистемы является использование ультракомпактных - размером не больше мяча для гольфа, динамиков-сателлитов.

Сабвуфер, блок питания и 450-ваттный усилитель выполнены в едином блоке, оснащенном тремя 1080p HDMI-портами и портом Sony Digital Media Extender (DMeX). Цифровой усилитель HST-S100 поддерживает одновременную обработку восьми каналов звука. К тому же система может автоматически определять и использовать обнаруженные в пределах радиуса ее действия беспроводные колонки. HST-S100 поддерживает технологию BRAVIA Sync, позволяющую легко и быстро настроить аудиосистему для работы с ЖК-телевизорами или другими компонентами линейки BRAVIA.

Представители Sony заявляют о том, что система подходит для домашнего использования совместно с Blu-ray проигрывателями или игровыми консолями PlayStation и, несмотря на небольшие размеры, способна обеспечить достаточную громкость и чистоту звука в пределах небольших помещений.

Приобрести Sony HST-S100 в интернет-магазинах можно будет уже в июле по цене примерно $700.
