Компания LG Electronics представила новую, восьмую, серию DVD-рекордеров. Новинки оснащены функцией автоматического распознавания дсика при загрузке и функцией SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC), позволяющей управлять всей домашней аудио-видео системой с одного пульта ДУ. Все модели способны преобразовывать стандартный DVD видео сигнал до формата Full HD.

Трехступенчатая функциея обработки, являющейся запатентованной разработкой компании LG Electronics, восстанавливает цвет и яркость, убирает случайные шумы (True View Pro), предотвращает искажения и потерю детализации при сжатии (Perfect View Pro) и преобразует изображение в построчное (True Scan Pro).

На диске объемом 250GB можно сохранить до 726 часов материала, что эквивалентно 435 фильмам и 726 ТВ программам.

Улучшенная функция Time Shift, которая автоматически включается, когда DVD начинает работать, сохраняет до 6 часов ТВ материала. В любой момент времени можно вернуться к просмотру программы.
