Пермская компания "Национальные мультисервисные сети" (НМС) запустит в апреле 2008 г. в Нижнем Новгороде IP-телевидение и video-on-demand (видео по запросу), сообщил "Ведомостям" замгендиректора компании Александр Костылев. Это подтвердил сотрудник управления Россвязьохранкультуры по Нижегородской области. Осенью 2007 г. компания уже начала предоставлять услуги доступа в интернет и телефонии, сейчас в Нижнем у нее около 500 абонентов, добавил Костылев. Передача данных осуществляется на основе волоконно-оптического кабеля, услуги Triple Play (телефония, интернет, телевидение) предоставляются под маркой "АБВ".<br /><br />По словам Костылева, компания инвестирует в сеть Нижегородской области более $20 млн и к концу 2012 г. планирует занять 20-25% местного рынка интернета и IP-телевидения. Окупить вложения планируется за 3-5 лет при ARPU (средний доход с абонента в месяц) 800-900 руб. НМС уже запустила сети в Тюмени, Ижевске, Новосибирске. В Тюмени за полгода удалось подключить около 2000 абонентов, гордится Костылев.<br /><br />Своими преимуществами НМС считает неограниченную ширину канала пропуска трафика и привлекательные тарифы (398 руб. в месяц за безлимитный интернет при скорости 64 Кб/с, 24 руб. в месяц за доступ к 16 каналам IP-телевидения).<br /><br />По данным iKS-Consulting, 71% рынка интернета в Нижнем Новгороде занимает "Волгателеком", по 13% - "Сенди" и АДС, 3% - остальные (около 20 операторов).<br /><br />Претензии на более чем 20% рынка амбициозны, а заявленные тарифы ниже "уровня выживания", считает гендиректор местного интернет-провайдера "Сенди" Александра Шарова. У "Волгателекома" безлимитный интернет со скоростью до 128 Кб/с стоит 590 руб. в месяц. Демпинг грозит нерентабельностью бизнеса, согласен аналитик финансовой корпорации "Открытие" Кирилл Тищенко.<br /><br /><b>Еще ТВ</b><br /><br />Поволжская "дочка" "Связьинвеста" - "Волгателеком" запустит IP-телевидение в Нижнем в тестовую эксплуатацию в мае 2008 г., в коммерческую - в IV квартале 2008 г., сообщил "Ведомостям" замгендиректора компании Дмитрий Проскура.<br /> <br />ЗАO "Национальные мультисервисные сети" - телекоммуникационная компания. Создана в 2005 г. в Перми бывшим топ-менеджером "Уралсвязьинформа" Владимиром Рыбакиным. Акционеры - физические лица. Оборот - более $50 млн (2007 г., данные компании).
