Флагманская модель 3D плеера LG BD690 оснащена максимальным набором поддерживаемых функций, включая Media Library, которая позволяет считывать разнообразные типы медиа файлов. LG подчеркивает также наличие у этого плеера функции Wi-Fi Direct, что означает возможность прямого беспроводного соединения с телевизорами и другими устройствами, минуя точку доступа (если они конечно также обладают функцией  Wi-Fi Direct).<br /><br />LG BD690 является сетевым плеером с возможностью подключения к домашней медиа сети и интернету, откуда можно загружать приложения пока еще немногочисленной интернет-платформы LG. Но перечень доступных сервисов уже начинает расширяться и, по утверждению LG, в текущем году будет добавлено немало новинок.   <br /><br /><br />LG BD690 имеет встроенный жесткий диск емкостью 250 ГБ для хранения фильмов, музыки и графических изображений.
