Его максимальная емкость 100 Blu-ray дисков. Есть правда и серьезные ограничения, каждый жесткий диск сервера должен соединяться c отдельным Blu-ray плеером Kaleidescape. А стоимость плеера составляет $2500, тогда как пустой сервер стоит $1500.  Хранимые на HDD копии могут воспроизводиться только тогда, когда жесткий диск установлен в отсек сервера.
