<div align="center"><!--dle_image_begin:http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2010-12/1291238160_pirate.jpg|--><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2010-12/1291238160_pirate.jpg" alt="«Пираты» не сдаются" title="«Пираты» не сдаются"  /><!--dle_image_end--></div><br /><br />После того, как шведский апелляционный суд оставил в силе приговор для основателей торрент-трекера The Pirate Bay и даже увеличил размер штрафов в пользу подавших иск правообладателей до $6,57 млн. появились комментарии на данное решение суда со стороны Петера Зунде и других членов команды.<br /><br />Основатели шведской пиратской партии заявили, что никто ничего никому не собирается выплачивать, так как таких денег попросту нет. Решение суда никак не распространяется на ресурс The Pirate Bay, который продолжает функционировать.<br /><br />И кроме того было заявлено, что контроль и жесткое пресечение возможности свободного обмена информацией в интернете приведет только к тому, что люди начнут скрывать свои действия в сети.<br /><br />А уже на следующий день появилось сообщение о том, что Peter Sunde начинает работу над новым проектом, который должен обеспечить альтернативный обмен информацией между пользователями, минуя центральный сервер. В этом случае радетелям авторских прав не на кого будет подавать в суд.
