Именно с Черной пятницы в США официально стартуют Рождественские распродажи, известные беспрецедентными скидками на многие недостаточно активно продаваемые в течение года товары. <br /><br />Несмотря на гиганские скидки, крупные универмаги и торговые сети получают громадные прибыли за счет массовых продаж. Уже с полуночи Черной пятницы толпы покупателей выстраиваются у входов в универмаги. <br /><br />А черной пятницу назвали из-за того что в прежние годы активный баланс продаж в бухгалтерских книгах отмечали черным цветом, а пассивный красным.
