По форме DUAL напоминает привычный ПДУ, но с двумя рабочими поверхностями – лицевой и задней, на которую вынесены все редко используемые кнопки, а также полная клавиатура компьютерного типа (с раскладкой клавиш QWERTY). <br /><br />Обратная сторона становится рабочей при наборе текста и навигации по интернет, к чему телевизоры Philips расположены более других. Лицом к пользователю пульт поворачивается  при просмотре фильмов и телепрограмм, когда требуются лишь кнопки переключения каналов, регулировки громкости и управления курсором в пользовательском меню на экране телевизора.<br />
