BD-HP90S может лежать и вертикально стоять в подставке. Выполненный в черно-серых тонах корпус отличается незначительной толщиной в 36 мм. <br /><br />Новый плеер Sharp может воспроизводить любые оптические диски (кроме BDXL), имеет встроенный беспроводной интерфейс Wi-Fi и доступ к сервису BD-Live, откуда можно получать дополнительные материалы к просматриваемым с Blu-ray дисков фильмам. BD-HP90S позволяет повышать до HD формата разрешение фильмов с DVD дисков. Плеер поддерживает такие новые форматы HD звука, как Dolby True HD и DTS HD Master Audio.
