Предполагается использовать эту систему для моделирования медицинских операций, в конструировании и играх.  i3Space передает тактильные ощущения при касании отображаемых объектов в зависимости от направления перемещения и степени сжатия пальцев. Разработчики  собираются уменьшить размеры системы с возможностью использования в мобильных условиях. <br /><br />Система будет демонстрироваться на открывающейся 31 августа в Иокогаме выставке CEDEC 2010.
