Hitachi предполагает использовать Minority Report не только в мультимедийной домашней видеотехнике, но и в профессиональных видеосистемах, используемых в медицине, фото и видео монтаже и др.<br /><br />В настоящее время Hitachi работает над встраиванием Minority Report  в телевизоры. Никаких конкретных сроков завершения работ официально не заявлено. Вместе с тем, по мнению технических специалистов компании, уже в следующем году можно ожидать появления этой технологии в телевизорах Hitachi.
