Японская компания Zeon вчера объявила о начале массового производства высокоэффективной пленки для экранов 3D LCD телевизоров.

Ожидается, что к 2014 году 40% производимых телевизоров с экраном 40 дюймов и более будут 3D моделями. Zeon собирается снабдить своей пленкой значительную часть этих телевизоров.

Предлагаемая Zeon для 3D дисплеев пленка наклеивается методом конвейерного ламинирования на поляризационную пластину. Новый завод по производству такой пленки будет построен в Японии, начнет работать с октября 2011 года и будет производить 15 млн. кв. метров пленки.
