Согласно проведенного расследования компании обвиняются в заключении секретных соглашений с целью повышения цен и фиксации их на завышенном уровне. Иск подан в Нью-Йорке в пятницу 6 августа.<br /><br />В недавнем прошлом LG, Sharp и Chunghwa Picture Tubes уже были оштрафованы на $585 млн.
