Компания HDI Dune выпустила новую сборку прошивки для всех поколений стационарных медиаплееров, выпускаемых под торговой маркой Dune HD, начиная с Ultra и заканчивая HD Base 3.0 и BD Prime 3.0. Обновлённая сборка ПО датирована 6 июля, имеет номер 1032 и бета-статус. Согласно официальной информации, после её установки, владельцы плееров Dune третьего поколения получат существенные дополнения к текущему функционалу по сравнению с предыдущим релизом. Среди них:<br /><ul><li>Интернет Браузер с возможностью управления при помощи клавиатуры и мыши.</li><li>Совместимость со стандартными приложениями Flash Lite.</li><li>Совместимость с внешними цифровыми ТВ-тюнерами Digital TV, выпускаемыми компанией HDI Dune.</li></ul><br />Среди общих изменений для всех моделей стоит отметить следующие:<br /><ul><li>Убрана переинициализация HDMI-выхода для всех типов аудио и видеофайлов.</li><li>Добавлена возможность записи Интернет-радио.</li><li>Добавлена возможность сортировки файлов в браузере.</li><li>Добавлена поддержка APE-аудиофайлов.</li><li>Добавлена поддержка OGG/Vorbis-аудиофайлов.</li><li>Добавлена поддержка OGG/Vorbis-аудиодорожек (внешних и встроенных в MKV-файлы).</li><li>Добавлена поддержка WMA-аудиодорожек, встроенных в MKV-файлы.</li><li>Добавлена поддержка PGS-cубтитров для MKV-файлов.</li><li>Добавлена поддержка VobSub-субтитров для MKV-файлов.</li><li>Добавлена поддержка внешних SSA/ASS-субтитров.</li><li>Добавлена возможность установки на главный экран ярлыков быстрого доступа к любым папкам и файлам.</li><li>Заметно расширен функционал dune_folder.txt.</li><li>Улучшено качество изображения при воспроизведении дисков и образов Blu-ray (решена проблема "1921x1081").</li><li>Улучшено качество вывода высококачественной музыки через S/PDIF и HDMI</li><li>Снято ограничение для цифровых выходов в 96 КГц при прослушивании музыкальных файлов, добавлена настройка 48/96/192 КГц.</li></ul><br />Кроме того, упоминается, что в следующую версию прошивки, которая ожидается в самом ближайшем будущем, планируется дополнительно интегрировать новый SDK от Sigma Designs, что поможет решить возможные проблемы совместимости с некоторыми дисками Blu-ray, и полноценную поддержку файловой системы NTFS (на чтение и запись) для моделей третьего поколения.
