В 2009 году и первой половине 2010 года Samsung Service достигла рекордных результатов, заняв по итогам работы второе место в мире среди 33 сервисных подразделений Samsung.  <br /><br />Samsung Service использовала на российском рынке ряд новых сервисных услуг и технологий. Среди них удаленный ремонт и тестирование техники, имеющей возможность подключения к интернет, оповещение клиентов посредством SMS сообщений, онлайновые консультации пользователей. В Москве организована служба выездного ремонта габаритной техники.
