Между компаниями производителями HDTV сегодня существует серьезная конкуренция за свою долю рынка, а подчас конкуренция переходит в более жесткие формы соперничества.<br /><br />Так в процессе прошлогоднего судебного противостояния Sharp и Samsung корейской компании был запрещен экспорт в США ряда LCD продуктов из-за нарушения патентных прав.<br /><br />На завершившемся на прошлой неделе в США судебном разбирательстве между тайваньской компанией  AU Optronics и корейской LG Display, последняя, по решению суда, признана виновной в нарушении патентных прав AU Optronics. Теперь тайваньская компания собирается требовать судебного запрета на экспорт в США продукции LG Electronics с матрицами LG Display и надеется, что покупатели воздержатся от покупки продуктов, произведенных LG display с нарушением авторских прав AU Optronics.<br />
