Хотя, судя по всему, взлом является неполным и часть функций не работает должным образом. Например, отсутствует корректное воспроизведение HD audio. До недавнего времени подобные клоны продавались исключительно на территории Поднебесной, но теперь их можно встретить в Европе и в России. В первую очередь за счёт отсутствия необходимости платить разного рода лицензионные отчисления. Тем не менее, компания HDI Dune призывает покупателей медиаплееров не поддаваться на дешевизну пиратского оборудования.
