Южнокорейская компания Samsung и японская Sharp подписали соглашение об окончании конфликта по нарушению патентных прав.<br /><br />Начиная с 2007 года обе компании подали друг против друга ряд судебных исков в США, Корее, Японии и Европе об использовании чужих разработок в своей продукции. В результате чего в частности был запрещен импорт LCD панелей Samsung в США.<br /><br />И вот теперь производители LCD телевизоров и панелей наконец уладили все вопросы, хотя детали соглашения и не оглашаются. Основываясь на этом соглашении все судебные иски между компаниями прекращаются. Samsung и Sharp будут совместно использовать ранее оспариваемые патенты по LCD панелям и модулям.
