Обнародованы планы по представляемым этим летом 3D версиям старых фильмов. В первоочередные планы работы по конвертации включены фильмы «2012» и  «Michael Jackson’s This is It», а также все что хранится в видео архивах  Sony. По собственным оценкам компании этот бизнес обещает стать весьма прибыльным. Так, к 2013 году объем продаж 3D контента может составить около $15,5 млрд.
