Такой возможностью будут обладать новые плееры из серии O!Play. Для беспроводной передачи full HD видеопотока будет использоваться чипсет TF-600  от Taifatech - тайваньского производителя электронных компонентов. Asus планирует использовать этот чипсет также и своих ноутбуках для связи с медиа источниками.<br /><br />Предыдущая модель  O!Play HDP-R1 представленная в середине прошлого года при стоимости около $100 обладала следующими возможностями. Поддержка HD видео 1080p, интерфейсы: HDMI, композитный аудио/видео и цифровой оптический аудио выходы, а также USB 2.0, eSATA, Ethernet. Поддерживаемые типы видео файлов:  DivX, Xvid, MKV, MPG, а также аудио MP3, AAC и FLAC. При декодировании аудио потока могут использоваться декодеры Dolby Digital и DTS Surround. <br /><br />По сообщениям Digitimes стоимость беспроводного чипсета примерно равна стоимости предыдщей модели O!Play HDP-R1.   <br /><br />
