Как и в случае с моделями Runco QuantumColor, о которых мы также писали в новостях, MICO 50 использует вместо лампы три светодиода Phlatlight. Согласно заявлению изготовителя, устройство оснащено одночиповой 0,95-дюймовой матрицей DLP DarkChip4 производства Texas Instruments с физическим разрешением 1920&#215;1080 и, естественно, поддержкой Full HD 1080p. Наличие светодиодных источников света, по словам инженеров SIM2, позволило добиться весьма впечатляющего цветового охвата, более точной температуры цвета и солидной контрастности. Кстати, заявленная характеристика отношения контраста для MICO 50 составляет 100 000:1. Показатель, безусловно, впечатляющий.
