Известный тайваньский производитель аудио-видео и компьютерной техники BenQ, объявил о скором выходе нового жидкокристаллического телевизора SQ4242 с диагональю экрана в 42 дюйма и физическим разрешением матрицы дисплея в 1920 на 1080 точек – или Full HD 1080p.

Как видно на фотографии, новинка имеет весьма элегантное внешнее оформление. Что касается характеристик, то на сегодняшний день известно, что SQ4242 оснащён фирменной технологией Senseye, позволяющей добиться реальной характеристики отношения контраста панели в 5000:1 (в денамическом режиме – 20000:1). Кроме того сообщается о наличии встроенного контроллера USB и соответствующей электронной начинки, позволяющей проигрывать на телевизоре звуковые файлы MP3 и просматривать изображения, закодированные в формате JPEG.

Известно также, что на терминальной панели SQ4242 расположены три порта HDMI, а звуковая подсистема имеет встроенную систему виртуального пространственного звучания SRS TruSurround XT.

На рынке Тайваня новинка появится уже в этом месяце по рекомендованной розничной цене в 29 888 новых тайваньских долларов, что эквивалентно приблизительно 946 американским долларам.
