Увы, но зародившуюся надежду в сердцах поклонников этой приставки на днях «убил» президент американского подразделения Nintendo Реджи Филз-Эйм, заявивший следуещее: «Не знаю, как бы это сказать наиболее убедительно, но Wii HD не существует». Тоже относится и к перспективам появления новой версии консоли в 2010 году. При этом он дал понять, что обновление закономерно, но не в ближайшем будущем.
