Новинка представляет собой законченное решение, принятое называть в народе кинотеатром «в одной коробке». В комплект поставки входит Blu-ray-ресивер (совмещённый в одном корпусе плеер и многоканальный усилитель), ПДУ, силовой и межблочные кабели, а также комплект многоканальной акустики, состоящий из пяти колонок и сабвуфера.<br /><br />Согласно спецификации, усилительный тракт системы обеспечивает суммарно 1000 Ватт подводимой на колонки мощности (интересно, в какой системе проводили измерения инженеры LG?). Встроенный Blu-ray проигрыватель полноценно поддерживает BD-Live, формат Full HD 1080p, а также, при подключении к сети Интернет, позволяет просматривать ролики с YouTube.<br /><br />Из особенностей данного кинотеатра стоит отметить наличие док-станции iDock, предназначенной для подключения к Blu-ray-ресиверу устройств iPod и iPhone.<br /><br />На терминальной панели основного блока HB954SP можно найти два входных разъёма HDMI для подключения игровой приставки или другого источника видеосигнала. Там же расположены два порта USB, посредством которых можно «по цифре» подключить ПК или MAC к ресиверу и прослушивать с компьютера музыку, используя качественный аудиотракт и акустику LG HB954SP.<br /><br />В розничной продаже на территории США этот домашний кинотеатр появится в ноябре сего года. Информация о его стоимости держится пока в секрете.
