На сегодняшний день, LN65B650 является одним из самых больших (с точки зрения диагонали экрана) серийно выпускаемых телевизоров Samsung. При этом по своему оснащению и функциональности он находится на среднем уровне. Среди его особенностей внимания заслуживает наличие сетевой поддержки и, как следствие, таких интернет-сервисов, как Flickr, Yahoo и YouTube. ЖК-панель, которой оснащён LN65B650, поддерживает развёртку в 120 Гц, обладает откликом всего в 4 мс и имеет эффективное антибликовое покрытие. Заявленная динамическая характеристика отношения контраста равна 100 000:1.<br /><br />На терминальной панели LN65B650 расположены четыре порта HDMI, два компонентных видеовхода и один композитный. Для коммутации с персональным компьютером предусмотрен разъём D-Sub (VGA), а для соединения с Интернет — встроенная сетевая карта. Кроме того, телевизор оснащён цифровым оптическим выходом типа Toslink и командным портом RS-232.<br /><br />В продаже телевизор появится в этом месяце. Его рекомендованная розничная цена в США составит $6000.<br />
