И оно явно не было упущено трудолюбивыми корейцами. На сегодняшний день компания Samsung, по данным агентства Reuters, успела завоевать 59,8% мирового рынка жидкокристаллических дисплеев c LED-подсветкой. Согласно последним заявлениям представителей корейской компании, в 2009 году, по их прогнозам, будет продано около двух миллионов LED-телевизоров Samsung, а план на следующий год — реализация, как минимум, десяти миллионов штук! Пятикратное увеличение — это весьма и весьма смелое заявление, не так ли?<br /><br />По мнению аналитиков, реализации подобных наполеоновских планов может помешать фактор всё возрастающей конкуренции в сегменте этого рынка. И 2010 год отнюдь не станет лёгким, даже для такого гиганта, как Samsung. В настоящее время, наиболее привлекательным для покупателя фактором при выборе ЖК-телевизора с LED-подсветкой является его меньшая глубина в сравнении с традиционными дисплеями с CCFL-лампами, а также экономичность с точки зрения потребляемой энергии. Эти факторы в купе с лучшими сравнительными показателями яркости и отношения контраста могут сыграть определяющую роль в предпочтении пользователями LED-телевизоров в следующем году.<br /><br />Общие продажи ЖК-телевизоров со светодиодной подсветкой в 2009 году, как ожидает Reuters, составят около 4,3 миллионов штук. И вторым, после Samsung, по количеству проданных LED-дисплеев в этом году станет Sharp, которому принадлежит 27,9% рынка.<br /><br />На пресс-конференции, прошедшей незадолго до берлинской выставкой IFA, президент Samsung Йун Бу Кен официально заявил о грандиозных планах компании по освоению этого сегмента рынка в 2010 году. Он также упомянул о долгожданных дисплеях нового типа AMOLED, заметив, что до их реального появления в продаже пройдёт ещё очень много времени. «На сегодняшний день, флагманом рынка является технология LED» подытожил Йун Бу Кен.
