Буквально вчера поступила информация, что сайт The Pirate Bay ушел в оффлайн, поскольку провайдер данного сервиса Black Internet был вынужден отключить «пиратов» от сети по решению шведского суда. При этом в случае неподчинения поставщику интернет-услуг грозил крупный штраф (более 70 тысяч долларов).<br /><br />Однако через несколько часов торрент-трекер The Pirate Bay вновь появился в сети и продолжил радовать своих многочисленных почитателей. Произошло это благодаря оперативной работе «пиратской» команды, сумевшей быстро подыскать другие каналы доступа. Столь быстрое «воскрешение из праха» многие расценили как дополнительную насмешку над транснациональными корпорациями, подавшими в суд на The Pirate Bay. В вину основателям ресурса ставилось незаконное распространение контента, правами на который владеют компании-истцы.<br /><br />В своем блоге команда The Pirate Bay сравнила себя с фирмой, создающей дороги для автомобилей, а интернет-провайдера — с компанией, готовящей для этих дорог асфальтовое покрытие. При этом создатели ресурса не считают нормальным, когда эти организации судят за то, что по созданным ими дорогам мчатся автомобили.
