Так как сие заявление весьма и весьма скандальное, мы не стали интерпретировать его или комментировать. Публикуем перевод как есть.<br /><br />"Судя по всему, eGreat кое-что скрывает от пользователей своего оборудования. Нам стало известно, и это факт, что в отношении eGreat компания Syabas в одностороннем порядке прекратила выпуск обновлений программного обеспечения из-за того, что eGreat клонировали прошивку Popcorn Hour, выпустив её как свою собственную. Для них это был один из путей реализовать на своих устройствах поддержку DTS. И даже несмотря на тот факт, что eGreat платят за лицензию, обычно небольшая часть денег перечисляется Syabas за поддержку формата в выпускаемых прошивках. На сегодняшний день, eGreat клонирует на своих плеерах прошивки, предназначенные для PCH, обходя тем самым легальные каналы поддержки DTS в своих устройствах. Это стало причиной полного прекращения поддержки со стороны Syabas. Даже притом, что эта новость весьма тревожная для потребителей, никто не мешает eGreat продолжить воровать прошивки PCH и устанавливать их на свои аппараты. Простые же пользователи не пострадают от этого до тех пор, пока Syabas не найдёт способ исключить для eGreat возможность клонирования своих прошивок. Сейчас можно с уверенностью сказать, что поддержка NMT-плееров eGreat едва ли будет возобновлена в будущем... Так что будьте осмотрительны при выборе плеера сегодня..."
