<div align="center"><img src="http://www.hdtv.ru/uploads/posts/2009-08/1250242255_chimei.jpg" style="border: none;" alt='ЖК-сводки с фронтов Тайваня' title='ЖК-сводки с фронтов Тайваня' /></div><br />По сообщениям из Тайваня, в гонке производителей ЖК-телевизоров, по итогам первого полугодия 2009 года, первые три места поделили компании Chimei, Tatung и Teco, которые оставили позади таких грандов, как LG и Sony.<br /><br />Компания Chimei заняла первое место, продав 74000-75000 телевизоров. Вторая ступень виртуального предестала досталась Tatung с 60300 экземплярами. Teco обосновалась на третьем месте и всё только потому, что продажи телевизоров с небольшой диагональю экрана, являющиеся основным ассортиментом компании, в первом полугодии не пользовались большой популярностью.<br /><br />По сообщению тайваньских источников, общие продажи ЖК-телевизоров за первое полугодие 2009 года составили от 500000 до 560000 штук. Причём за аналогичный период 2008 года было продано не более 450000 экземпляров.<br /><br />Учитывая тот факт, что пик продаж приходится на второе полугодие, ожидания экспертов весьма оптимистичны: к концу года суммарные продажи ЖК-телевизоров перевалят за один миллион штук.
