Известный в нашей стране китайский производитель аудио- и видеотехники — BBK Electronics — объявил о поступлении в продажу нового ЖК-телевизора LT4222HDL класса FullHD (1920×1080 пикселов) с диагональю в сорок два дюйма. Главной отличительной особенностью новинки является наличие светодиодной подсветки (LED), благодаря которой, по заявлению производителя, удалось добиться солидного показателя отношения контраста в 40 000:1. Является ли данный показатель реальным или динамическим, не уточняется. Хотя, как показывает практика, подобные показатели на ЖК априори не могут быть честными. Вариантов два: либо это «динамика», либо измерения проводились не по методике ANSI, а по некой собственной. А тут, как известно, намерить можно что угодно. Но вернемся, собственно, к характеристикам новинки.

Среди функциональных особенностей телевизора отметим наличие двух высокоскоростных портов USB2.0, которые предоставляют возможность прямой работы с флэш-памятью, трех цифровых интерфейсов HDMI и разъема VGA для работы телевизора в режиме монитора в связке с ПК. Кроме того, устройство оснащено функцией «Картинка в картинке», эффективной системой шумоподавления, цифровым фильтром 3D Comb Filter. За обеспечение глубины и чистоты звука отвечает процессор SRS TruSurround XT.

ЖК-телевизор BBK LT4222HDL оснащен сенсорной панелью управления и ультратонким корпусом толщиной всего в 5 см. Подобное «утончение» стало возможным благодаря тому, что в телевизоре нет люминесцентных ламп и электронная начинка распределена более компактно. Также стоит отметить, что новинка оснащена специальной автоматизированной подставкой, благодаря которой с помощью пульта дистанционного управления можно регулировать угол поворота экрана, что обеспечивает дополнительный комфорт при просмотре кинофильмов и видеопрограмм.
