Panasonic CF-R8WWLAJP: больше, чем нетбук

Компания Panasonic анонсировала выпуск легкого мини-ноутбука R8 CF-R8WWLAJP, который не следует относить с категории нетбуков.

Внешне CF-R8WWLAJP похож на нетбук - он имеет экран размером 10,4 дюйма разрешением 1024 x 768 пикселей. Однако основой для нового мобильного компьютера послужил не процессор Intel Atom, а более производительная модель Core 2 Solo SU3500, работающая на частоте 1,4 ГГц. Кроме нее, в конфигурацию входит 2 ГБ оперативной памяти, твердотельный накопитель объемом 64 ГБ, адаптеры Gigabit Ethernet и Wi-Fi.

Устройство питает батарея, одного заряда которой, по оценке компании, может хватить на 9 часов. Среди других особенностей можно отметить тачпэд округлой формы и не самый привычный цвет крышки корпуса.

Ноутбук комплектуется ОС Windows Vista Business (предусмотрен откат до Windows XP). Компания Panasonic планирует представить CF-R8WWLAJP в Японии 24 июня. Его стоимость будет составлять $1750.
