Посетителям конференции показали новую версию устройства iPhone под названием iPhone 3G S, обновленную линейку ноутбуков от Apple, следующую версию операционной системы Mac OS X и другое.<br /><br />В числе анонсов Apple показала обновленные версии своих ноутбуков, которые поступят в магазины уже в ближайшие дни. Новые модели с экранами в 13 и 15 дюймов могут похвастаться повышенной производительностью, меньшей ценой и добавленными слотами для SD-карт памяти. Данные устройства используют ту же технологию несъемных батарей питания, которая применяется в MacBook AIR и модели MacBook Pro с экраном в 17 дюймов.<br /><br />Модель AIR с 13-дюймовым экраном и жестким диском на 128 ГБ подешевеет сразу на $700 и будет продаваться за $1,799, тогда как раньше ее цена составляла $2,499. Модель с жестким диском в 120 ГБ и менее скоростным процессором будет продаваться за $1,499.<br /><br />Кроме того, на конференции Worldwide Developer's Conference Apple продемонстрировала новую версию своей операционной системы Mac OS X 10.6 под кодовым названием Snow Leopard. Эта ОС быстрее устанавливается на жесткие диски и занимает в два раза меньше места. Все приложения для Snow Leopard были переписаны и теперь поддерживают 64-битный режим.<br /><br />Также Snow Leopard использует новый графический стандарт под названием OpenCL. По словам представителей Apple, он является более быстрым и лучше оптимизированным, чем OpenGL.<br />
